With the weather confirming that Summer is truly here, it’s a
beautiful time to relax by a pool or take the family to the beach –
spare a thought for the workers! All the Costa areas of Spain have
once again begun a strong tourist season, rentals are starting to
increase and will hit their highest rate in August (the big one, so
get in quick!). Our region enjoys an advantageous position being
close to Malaga city and the airport, plus its within easy access
to fantastic cultural sights for the brave to explore in the heat. All
this continues to drive the growth and demand for rented holiday
